We were just there at mgm in florida and had purchased the Bear in the Blue House bath toy set in the bag. I believe there were 4 or 5 characters in the bag. That was the one thing that didn't make it home. It was purchased at the Playhouse Disney cart outside the theatre there. It was $5.00. How would i go about getting another? - Sandra

Replacing merchandise afer you've gotten home is one of the ost common questions I receieve (other thn perhaps questions asking me when Star Wars Weekends is this year). And the reason I likely receive so many people asking me about it is because I don't think most guests know about the merchandise hotline. You can order any item from the park via Disney Merchandise. Disney Merchandise's number is 407-363-6200. If it is in stock you could have it within 5 business days.

My question is on the magic your way base ticket One Park Per Day (no hop options) if you buy the one day and expires 14 days later does it mean you can use that pass again the next day or that you have 14 day from purchase to use that one day pass? - Sharon

The 14 day rule means if you buy a park ticket, you have 14 days from when you first use it to use all of the days on your ticket before it expires. So if you had a four day ticket, if you used the ticket first on July 1st, you would have until July 15th to use up the other 3 days. After July 15th, your ticket would expire and you would lose anything that was left on the ticket.

I have heard that this gets pretty crowded I was wondering what is the best night to go see this show. We will be there for 8 nights so what is the best night to go? Weekend, early in the week? I am assuming not on a night when there are extra magic hours. - Tim

The best day to go to the Studios to see Fantasmic! is Tuesday generally followed by Thursday. The good folks at TouringPlans.com also recommend Saturday as a good option. You are correct that you want to avoid days where Extra Magic Hours are occuring as you will have an elevated crowd level to contend with.
